G Love February 4, 2008Posted by smooregasbord in Food.
We went to get our hair cut on Saturday, and our salon is located inside of a shopping mall. We got there a little early and decided to wander around to kill time. When wandering aimlessly in a shopping mall, why not head into Godiva to look around? I mean Valentine’s Day is only a mere 10 days away. Immediately upon entering the store, I spied the most beautiful chocolate ‘jewels’ I have ever seen. It was Godiva’s G Collection. It’s a unique assortment of exotic flavors…15 to be exact.
Here’s the rundown: Tahitian Vanilla, Palet d’Or, Lemon Drop, Tasmanian Honey, Thai Coconut, PB & Jam, Caramel Macchiato, Passion Orange, Bananas Foster, Mexican Hot Chocolate, Tart Raspberry, Vermont Maple Walnut, Salted Caramel, Apple Pie, and Praline Crunch. They sound just too delicious! Oh, and one more thing, the price tag is a little steep. The 15-piece All Hearts box runs about $50 and the 30-piece All Hearts box runs around $90. If you don’t care about all of the pieces being shaped like a heart, then you can get the regular 15-piece collection for $45. That’s a small price to pay when you compare it to what a dozen roses costs these days. Plus, it’s something you can share.
