The Real Estate Agent’s Dictionary August 13, 2008

Sometimes when flipping through the channel guide, I stop on the real estate channel, GoScout Homes. It gives me an opportunity to see the prices at which houses in our area are listed. At other times, I get to laugh at statements like this:

“This is a great bargin.”

I don’t think any home/ condo/ apartment in the DC area is a great bargain (or bargin)!

Clearly, they should rethink the use of that term when referring to real estate in our area…for a few obvious reasons and mainly because they can’t spell it!
